Tennis Court

 
Tennis courts are for tennis use only. All other activities are prohibited on the tennis courts.

Children ages 14 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Only Woodlands homeowners are allowed to reserve courts.

In order to reserve a court, a homeowner must be in good standing (paid dues, no violations, etc.).

All Woodlands teams and individuals must reserve and sign up for courts on the designated posted sheets.

In order for a Woodlands team to reserve courts, they must sign up with the captain’s last name and the level of play.

Registered ALTA/USTA Woodlands teams can sign-up and reserve a maximum of two courts at a time for lessons/practices, and three courts for match-play only.

All Woodlands teams and individuals can sign-up and reserve courts for two hours maximum with the exception of ALTA/USTA or other tennis organization matches, such as T2 or K-Swiss.

ALTA/USTA teams outside of the Woodlands cannot reserve courts for any reason.

All teams must have at least 50% of the team as Woodlands homeowners. Registered non-owner team members are only permitted to use the courts during scheduled team practices, team lessons and team matches.

All T2 teams using the Woodlands as their home court must have at least one homeowner on the team.

All K-Swiss players playing out of the Woodlands must be Woodlands homeowners.

All coaches and pros must be registered with the Woodlands Sports Committee.

All coaches and pros can only use the Woodlands courts to provide lessons to Woodlands homeowners and registered Woodlands teams.

Courts are under camera surveillance and are monitored by Community Club Management, Woodlands Homeowners Association, and Woodlands Sports Committee. Any damage caused to the tennis facility will be billed directly to the homeowner.

HOA board members and Sports Committee members have the right to enforce the rules and regulations at all time.
